Position: Trainer
Your Role:
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for analyzing training needs, creating and delivering training materials, and coaching both new and existing team members to enhance their skills and performance. You will work closely with managers and clients to continuously improve training content and ensure it aligns with company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analyses of training needs based on client feedback and team performance results.
- Collaborate with clients to update and refine training content.
Training Content Development:
- Design and develop both initial and ongoing training materials.
- Set clear objectives and apply adult learning principles (Andragogy) to ensure content effectiveness.
Training Delivery:
- Lead training sessions using various methods to ensure participant engagement.
- Facilitate both individual and group training, ensuring mastery of daily tasks and monthly objectives.
Coaching New Joiners:
- Support the onboarding of new team members, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and teams.
- Provide continuous coaching to help agents improve commercial and technical skills.
Follow-up & Evaluation:
- Measure and analyze participant satisfaction and the impact of training on company performance.
- Track the progress of new joiners and their achievement of targets.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously improve training materials and processes based on feedback and evolving company needs.
- Ensure adherence to all internal processes.

- Training & Coaching Expertise: Strong background in training and coaching, with the ability to evaluate learning needs and adapt sessions accordingly.
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both French and English is essential.
