Your Role:
As a Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for :
Responsibilities:
- Produce and analyze operational performance indicators.
- Monitor operational activities and provide regular reports.
- Identify and analyze bottlenecks (pain points) and propose improvement solutions.
- Collaborate closely with managers to stimulate thinking and help them make strategic decisions.
- Implement processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize the overall performance of the company.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Critical thinking and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in producing and analyzing performance indicators.
- Proficiency in analysis and business analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Dynamics 365, etc.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, economics, management, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
