Senior Management Controller

Your Role:
Reporting to the Management Control department, you will play a key role in analyzing the company’s performance and supporting operational managers in achieving their objectives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assessing and monitoring operational activity indicators to analyze the company’s performance.
• Designing and updating regular and monthly monitoring dashboards.
• Preparing the annual budget and conducting regular forecasts.
• Identifying gaps between actual results and objectives, and analyzing the performance of monitored activities.
• Supporting operational managers in achieving their strategic goals.
• Contributing to projects by performing specific analyses and studies to assist management in decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3/4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Management Controller, ideally in an international environment.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and IT tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Sage, SAP, or similar).

Personal Qualities:

• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, dynamism, and adaptability.
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various functions.

Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
